Flash does No longer Loads Up (11/28/15)

Yeah I don't know if there was a recent update or anything but when ever I boot up anything Now involving some form of flash (Adobe in Particular I believe,) All I get is the site loaded but the flash itself Missing. Now this isn't just YouTube specifically, as just about any site that I go to that involves flash No longer Loads Up and I don't know what to do about it. Please Help.

On your Computer under control panel, Uninstall a program, does Flash NPAPI show up?
