"Send" toolbar is missing

After I select "write", new screen appears without "send" toolbar or address book. I can write, but not send. thanks

Press the alt key if Menu Bar is missing too. From the Menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn them back on. Send is on the Composition toolbar.
