I recently changed my email. How do I change the email associated to my Firefox account? Do I have to create a new account, re sync everything and delete the older one? Thank you for your time.

Yes, you need to create a new account when you want to use a different email address. Disconnect from Sync first and then create the new account.

How do I disconnect from sync? Will I lose any info on my bookmarks?

Not hardly worth it.

I was having serious issues with Flash anyway.

Unfortunately, Google seems to be my best choice. I never have functionality issues with them either, except Kaspersky says they can't verify their certification.
