can the firefox opening window size be fixed in windows 10

can the next version of firefox fix the opening window size in windows 10? the bottom of the firefox window does not remember its bottom location on reopening. it puts the bottom about an eighth of an inch above the task bar, instead of on the task bar where it was the last time it was opened.
