Can't log in and no email received when request log in info!

I can't seem to log in anymore so when I request that either my user name or password be reset, and enter the email address on my account, to have the information sent, it never arrives. Not in the inbox or in my spam folder. NOTHING is happening. Frankly as poorly as Firefox has been acting recently, and as often as it has been crashing on all my devices, I'm about to remove it as my (for many years) default browser.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any username/password issues should be posted here with password in the heading; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors


In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
