How do I get Thunderbird to deliver an email message in the quarantine?

When an email is sent to t he quarantine I can't get thunderbird to deliver it even if I click the "deliver" button. This is very annoying because sometimes I really want that email.

Please tell me what the secret is.

"Quarantine" and "deliver" sound like features of your anti-virus system. They are not standard Thunderbird messages.

Whose AV do you use?
