how do I increase the font size in the toolbars

I am a senior citizen and the font in the toolbar(s) is too small. I can change the webpage view and it is fine. The top bar, ie file edit view... are all to tiny for me to see them clearly and it strains my eyes to read them and the other information at the top of the firefox screen, tabs,bookmarks are all hard to read any suggestions? Thanks.
