is there anyway to retrieve the body of an extensive email that was deleted by accident but the email recepients are still listed?
I am learning and must have hit a wrong key(s) which erased the entire body of this extensive email.

Ctrl+Z is undo, but it is probably a bit late to do that now.
There might be an auto saved copy that was marked deleted but not fully removed in the drafts folder.
