The same as with the computer. Mark what you want to copy. Right-click and select Copy or Cut. Go to where you want the copy to go, Left-click once. Then right-click and select Paste.
You can also use the shortcut keys.

The shortcut keys are: Ctrl + v
Once whatever it is you want to paste is on the cliboard, that's all you have to do, just press Ctrl + v, and yippee !
