Why when install NoScript I receive "Blocked add-on Firefox prevented this site (addons.mozilla.org) from asking you to install software on your device"?

When I try to install NoScript Security Suite add-on I receive the message "Blocked Add-on Firefox prevented this site (addons.mozilla.org) from asking you to install software on your device". It gives me two options "dismiss" and "allow" but neither seem to allow it to install. Why? How do I fix it?

You need to get NoScript from here. There is no android version of noscript on addons.mozilla.org.
