When I open firefox browser my firefox taskbar icon shows 3 tabs open but firefox browser itself only shows 2.

PC OS is Windows 10 Firefox Browser Version 50 When I click on the blank tab in the taskbar the blank tab opens but will never list in the menu bar. Wouldn't be able to access that tab otherwise.

It might be that's in a separate window.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?
