Sometimes when you select an unsubmitted crash report, you end up on the About Throttling page. All this tells you is that Mozilla doesn't need to see every report.

So how can I read those reports since they're in code form?

Firefox doesn't send all crash reports to the Mozilla server to avoid overloading the Socorro server. This happens especially if you have a lot of crashes in a short time with the same stack. You would have to check older crash reports to find one that isn't throttled.

I understand about why some reports are throttled. But I still would like to be able to inspect the unsent report.
