Thunderbird keeps forgetting my password. I fixed it with Chat Help. Now it has forgotten the PW. Why?

My Thunderbird email works on my phone (BlueHost) and in the direct Insignia platform. But it keeps forgetting my PW on the Thunderbird platform itself. Why? Is this a SquirrelMail issue?

sounds more like you are being prompted for a password because the connection failed. We see a lot of that when anti virus firewalls block Thunderbird for reasons only known to them
