My company program for TREX no longer works on my laptop after the Firefox update. Corporate IT says it should. TREX support says it should but it doesn't. I have a MacBook Pro Yosemite 10.10.5. What is the remedy? Thank you

Update TREX. If there is still a problem, contact its support.
