How can I get rid of EasyPDFCombine from my computer entirely and from my Firefox toolbar?

Step 1: Uninstall EasyPDFCombine from Mac OS

-> Click Applications in the Finder sidebar -> Drag unwanted program to the Trash -> Empty Trash ____________________________________________________________________________

Step 2: Uninstall EasyPDFCombine from Mozilla Firefox

-> Delete add-on: 

       --> Tools
       --> Add-ons
       --> Remove EasyPDFCombine

-> Change homepage: 

       --> Tools
       --> Options
       --> General
       --> Put “about:blank” or other preferred setting into homepage field
