i can't remember my user name or password, it keeps asking for my email address, and i put it in but never get a email from you. i need help and you can;t find

Username and password to what? You apparently know what it is for this forum or you could not had made this post. If it is your email username and password, no one from Thunderbird knows it or is going to email you anything.
