I have tried downloading the latest drivers and still nothing helps this.

A couple of other users also reported that their Firefox 54 runs normally but Windows reports a crash during shutdown.

Do you use the Spybot S&D "Immunize" feature or other security software that interacts with browsers? There may be a change in Firefox 54 that created a new incompatibility.
