It looks like the profile has a number of extensions in the profile that is crashing on start up. All I know is that a media audio file is trying to start to stream, then it fails.

I would first recommend starting Firefox with the profile manager and open a new profile to make sure the profile is not the issue.

Are your audio drivers and operating system up to date?

Done all of this but still have issue of it crashing

Try the current Firefox 56 beta release to see whether that works better.
