I don't think that feature is native to Firefox. There may have been an old addon that used to do this.

I am sorry I could not be more helpful. With the recent update to the WebExtensions API in the effort to keep Firefox secure, a number of addons are no longer compatible. However, your browser is now more secure than it was.

Check to see if it's a feature in your operating system. It may have been disabled in your recent Windows 10 update: http://windowsreport.com/caps-lock-indicator-not-working-wind...
