Hi I have my own personal email address that I have had for some time. My new ISP doesn't have an SMTP server (I'll know to ask next time I change!), so I set up a gmail account to use this as an smtp server. This is working fine and the return address setting is correct. The only annoyance is that my name on outgoing emails is appearing as "kevinxxx <kevinxxx@gmail.com>". Some people are clicking on this hyperlink instead of reply. Is there a way of setting this outgoing name to my return address?

Thanks

Kevin

If you use GMail's SMTP service, the "From:" address will always be replaced by the account you're using, there is no way around it.
