Is there a feature/add-on to bookmark regularly used attachments and attach them by using a Hot Key?

I frequently send e-mail with one and the same attachment present. I am trying to see if there is a way to have a predefined attachment been attached with a hot key combination?

With Attach Extra Tools, you can define favourite folders for adding attachments, and attachments can be added from other messages. So, you could make a folder or multiple folders with a single file, or copy the attachment from a sent message that has the specific attachment.

But maybe it's easier to create a message template that already has an attachment.
