Cannot save files and web pages to Adobe Acrobat
Just a few Firefox browsers back, I was able to select "save" any file, picture, web page, etc., as a .PDF file. I use Adobe Acrobat DC to scan, save, and keep all my files and web pages. Not being able to select this option with Firefox is causing a lot of problems for me. I know there are some third party add-ons that attempt to do this, but I do not really trust them. I do not believe I am the only one with this issue. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you. Greg

Hi Greg, could you make sure your Acrobat DC has the latest update? The Firefox 57-compatible extension just came out last month.
Inside Acrobat, use the Help menu, then Check for Updates. (Or download from the relevant release here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html)
After Acrobat is updated, then you can exit Firefox and start it up again to detect the extension.
If Firefox doesn't show a yellow exclamation point on the menu button to alert you that the new extension needs approval, I can make some other suggestions.

Are we talking Acrobat free or Acrobat Pro? We need a sample link so those with Acrobat free or Acrobat Pro can test out the problem your describing. It coudl be a Acrobat problem not a FF problem as well.
Thank you. I am paying Adobe per month for use of their Adobe Acrobat DC Pro software. Scanning a document into it is no problem at all; it automatically saves it as a .PDF. A few versions of FF back, any web page could be saved as a PDF by simply clicking on "save as" and then "Save as PDF." But no more. Honestly, I have tried researching this issue for months with no luck. I just now realized that I have not gone to Adobe for possible answers, and I'll try them next. What I know is that it worked fine for years with FF, and now it does not. I am not proficient enough with software to find a go around for this myself. Thank you. Greg

jscher2000....are you far from Palatine, IL? I'll come to your house and hug you!!! Seriously, I truly appreciate you taking time for this issue of mine. You hit the nail right on the head and now a very unsatisfactory and painfully stressing problem is fixed. Thank you very much.
WestEnd: I thank you as well. You were right on track. This was due to Acrobat as you said and I'm really happy they addressed this concern.
Again I thank you both!! Greg
