leave page pop-up
some websites show a pop-up to confirm that you want to leave the page. In this case, the default choice if you press enter should be "no" (stay on the page)

I think of that dialog as being similar to:
"Please confirm your request" - OK - Cancel
Usually OK is the default button in that situation.
I don't know if there is any way to change the way this works in Firefox 57.

Usually, this dialog appears when you have something on the page that will be lost if you leave. As a safety measure, the default should be "stay on the page"
