why is my response to e-confirmations not working?

When I request an electronic confirmation of real estate confidentiality agreements, the broker sends the e-confirmation and I check the appropriate boxes, but when I hit "Submit" nothing happens?

Also, recently broker sends me links to files, but nothing happens when I click on the links. When I forward these to associates, they have no trouble.

What are you using to read the e-confirmation? FF by self can't do anything.

Receiving an email in Gmail and there are links in the received email to the e-confirmation - was assuming FF was blocking in some way?
