Can't save bookmark to "my bookmarks"

After running windows disk cleaner, I can't save a bookmark to "my bookmarks" folder When I click on the start in the top bar I only see "other bookmarks" After restoring the bookmarks in Firefox, I see the "my bookmarks" in the top bar.

Is that a folder you created in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager (Library) because Firefox stores the bookmarks in a places.sqlite SQLite database file and not on the hard drive, so running a disk cleaner shouldn't have that effect?
