Can you help me regain my EBATES cash back button and use of it?
About a month ago my cash back button for EBATES stopped working. I have tried others' solutions which have not worked. I'm not computer savvy so need shared help.

To check whether it is disabled, you can open the Add-ons page using either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
- type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return
In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions.
Then scan down the right side; disabled extensions usually cluster at the bottom. If Ebates is disabled, try clicking its Enable button. Also check for an Options button to make sure it's settings match what you want it to do.
