Contact Edit - lost fields

With help of the Add-On "MoreFunctionsForAddressBook" I had an extended possibility with 4 extra fields in Edit Contact. Under the tab "Address Books" I could see all the categories an email address was listed under. This is no longer available. Now it has "returned" to the 6 original tabs. When I search for this Add-On, it's no longer available. It still exists in my Add-On listings, but I've lost the functions. Is there any other Add-On that gives me the function, listed above? Please help me. Best regards Lasse
