Do I need to keep the "Old Firefox Data" that was created when Firefox updated recently?

I am not having any issues using Firefox since the automatic update but I like to minimize data saved while maximizing storage capacity.

Hi brucecappleton, Firefox creates that folder when the Refresh feature runs. If you don't notice anything important missing after a few days, then you don't need that folder.
