Sound problem
I have tried other browsers, and the sound is fine on them, but there is something wrong with firefox. I cannot hear any video playing. I go to youtube and its silent. I go to my school online module and its silent. There is something wrong with firefox.

Also, your Firefox identified itself to the forum as version 53. As you may know, the current versions of Firefox are:
- Regular release: 60.0.1 (Installers)
- Extended Support Release (ESR): 52.8.0 (Installers -- above the list on the right side, click Firefox 52) (Switch to Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) for personal use)
If something is holding you back from upgrading Firefox, please let us know so we can suggest solutions or workarounds. Version 53 is not secure.
