How do I get FireFox to use KDE's file dialogs?

It currently keeps using the default GTK file dialogs, but because I'm on KDE it doesn't have my saved locations or file ordering settings

It looks like there are currently only work arounds. Try the KDE forums to see if you can get a recent answer ;)
