Why are some of the fields containing data not displaying in my TB address book?

I have been entering new contacts in my TB address book but some of the fields containing data are not being displayed, e.g. mobile phone numbers. How do I set these fields to display?

Have you clicked the small square icon below the search box in Address Book to show the Mobile column (see picture)?
