Please develop an email address BLOCK feature in Thunderbird. It's imperative these days!

I am constantly receiving unwanted and hurtful email from a particular sender who is tormenting me. I SHOULD BE able to block this sender with him knowing that he has been blocked and all emails from are to be returned marked as:

EMAILS FROM YOU HAVE BEEN BLOCKED BY THE RECIPIENT.

FURTHER ACTION BY YOU WILL BE UNSUCCESSFUL IN REACHING THIS PERSON BY EMAIL!
