Use Firefox to access aol mail but when composing a message stationery will not open. Please provide solution. Computer is is Windows 10.
I have blocked advertisements thus screen is full. Before blocking ads stationery options would appear where ads appeared.

With what as that is possible the issue, you also need to allow a certain amount of cookies and sometimes 3rd party cookies.

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:
- all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
