I keep getting IBM Security Rapport pop up Window showing on Firefox when I open. I cannot get rid of it.

When I load up the first page of Firefox a pop up window opens showing IBM Security Rapport and asking me to OK enabling the extension. I have never requested it and the pop up does not go away until I go into the extensions page and then close it.

I never asked for the opo up and I am unclear why it appears or if its viral. Can you help? Thanks

reomve IBM Trusteer Rapport. OR use AdwCleaner.

I cannot remove IBM Trusteer Rapport. There is no remove Tab only an Enable Tab

You need to check the Trusteer settings, or remove the main program from the computer.
