in my thunderbird i didn't find mbox file please let me know how can i

i need to change my email client thunderbird to outlook because of exchange server but when i try to find backup of my whole mails i didn't find there any backup file while google it, i found that in thunderbird i backup store in mbox file but now i can't able to find this file to please help me out and please don't suggest any tools and spaming all

Install the add-on and export your mail as EML files or MBOX if you are married to the format. I think Outlook can understand EML, it does nothing with mbox.
