After installing 60.4.0, individual message filters disappearing?

Individual filters are disappearing from message filter. I have to keep re-defining them within the list.

Is msgfilter.dat file set to be read-only?

I can not find msgfilter.dat, however I did find msgfilterRules.dat.

That file is updated each time I edit the message filter. Setting it to read only would probably not let me change any filters?

yes, msgfilterRules.dat

It should NOT be read only

Perhaps the file is corrupted. It's easy to view / edit.
