I can not connect to the net on my desk top computer with firefox although i have internet connection. I have access thru torch and tor brousers but not but not

My desktop will not connect to the internet with firefox (or chrome) although it works fine with torch and tor browsers. All four are chrome based but only two work. I prefer to use firefox as my default but i can't get it to work. Tried fixing by downloading new version but still no connection.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

The problem could be the firewall, your protection program, and other things.

Does the browser open or not? What is displayed?
