Refreshed Firefox Now Can't Access You Tube or Facebook!

Refreshed Firefox this morning and immediately after was blocked from You Tube and Facebook... Before I go Postal on my Laptop which works fine and can access duck duck go Bank account etc Can you please assist and advise? Thanks in Advance Cassie
