How do I log in if I'm locked out and confirmation email address has been canceled

My password I wrote down did not work. 

I eventually got locked out.

I cannot reset password because my secondary email address is canceled. How do I reset password. I have new secondary email address. I am locked out and cannot remove old email address and add new one. How can I log in or set a new password
