Trying to keep the email "clean" I inadvertently trashed the Trash Bin for 2018. I need a couple of addresses that I sent out by email. How can I recover this?

You may still have a copy of the sent messages in your Sent folder.

Otherwise you can only restore a backup of your Thunderbird profile created prior to the incident.
