Add Firefox Send to Thunderbird FileLink

Firefox Send is a great addition. It would be even better if it could be used as a provider in Thunderbird FileLink to send large files through FileLink.

I will pass your feedback on to the Thunderbird team and see if Send can be included in a future update.
