Long story short I believe I have been hacked and implicated in so kml e bad stuff. How can I ensure my activities online will not be traceable back to me. I know about basics like vpn but it seems like that is not what are some sure fire do and donts and tips

You can change all your passwords to secure ones and avoid password reuse. Firefox Lockwise is a good password manager which I use myself. It can also generate passwords for you and everything is protected by a master password.
