Tab crashes frequently

some tabs tend to crash consistently (not all do) I have disabled all extensions / plugins and switched to the default theme but still the same issue. The same urls work fine in safe mode. one url which crashes is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1170898 I tried with a new profile but same results

Click the menu button and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux). Select the Advanced panel and the General tab. Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available. Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists
