A technician moved data from my dead computer to my new one (both Windows 10), My Firefox Bookmarks are in a folder called "Favorites" on the desktop. I tried to copy this into Firefox Bookmarks, but it doesn't open up into subfolders, etc., like it was in the old computer & in the desktop "Favorites" folder. There is also an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop & it contains a list of "bookmarks***.jsonlz4" backups, but they are all at least a year old. Obviously, I am computer illiterate & completely lost.

If the technicians left you the Old Firefox Data folder, the Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles page has the instructions that you're looking for.

That folder should be a copy of your previous Firefox data from your old computer.

Hope this helps.
