On Windows 10, when I restart Thunderbird, my Office 365 account disappears. If I try to set up the account again, I get errror "Incoming server already exists"

On Windows 10, when I restart Thunderbird, my Office 365 account disappears. If I try to set up the account again, I get an error "Incoming server already exists". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Thunderbird. I can than set up the Office 365 account again (after adding OWL), but as soon as I exit Thunderbird and restart, the Office 365 account disappears again.

If you are using OWL for that account, I suggest you contact the support folk at OWL, as really they are the only ones that can help you.
