Printing images not working since the latest update
I can't print images, such as labels from FedEx.com. The labels show on the monitor but when you try to print via Firefox, it only has a border, but it's blank where the image should be. It works fine in IE, Edge, Chrome or if I copy the image and paste it to word or a different browser or file, just not via Firefox. Not sure how to fix it, it used to work fine but the recent update broke the printing functionality as well as the drop down menus. Even the one here in Firefox, selecting the response for "Which topic best describes you question?" is completely unresponsive and does not work. I have to use the down arrow to select the correct response. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES.

I don't think there is a setting not to print regular "inline" images but there is a setting not to print "background" images. Could you check that? It's in the Page Setup dialog. Either:
- From a regular page, on the menu bar, File > Page Setup -- if you don't normally display the menu bar, you can show it temporarily by tapping the Alt key or F10 key
- From the Print Preview screen, click the Page Setup button on the print preview toolbar
Was that it?
Regarding the menus, they open, you can move the highlight using the keyboard, but clicks on the menu are ignored?
Could you test in Firefox's Safe Mode? In its Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, any userChrome.css/userContent.css files, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.
If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox. (On Mac, hold down the option/alt key instead of the Shift key.)
If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- (menu bar) Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
and OK the restart.
Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Any improvement?
Developer here who works on the printing support. This looks like a bug in Firefox that we need to fix but it's difficult to work through issues like this on support.mozilla.org. Would you mind creating an account on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ and opening a bug report there so that it can be investigated properly?
