Running Thunderbird 78.3.3 (32 Bit) I have a BBC RSS News feed: BBC News - Home http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/rss.xml This has worked for years without problem. Now when I click on a subject the page appears briefly and then the reading pane goes blank - see attached image. All of my other News feeds work fine. What do I need to do to get the BBC feed to display? Thanks. Shaun

Thank you for your reply - I have upgraded to TB 83.0b1 and the items are now displaying once again. :) Thanks.

I forgot to add - I have tried creating a new profile and adding the BBC News feed and it is behaves exactly the same.

I added the feed in 78.3.3 and found that some of the entries flash and disappear as you found, but some don't, e.g. 'Southampton grab injury-time equaliser...' posted today. The same feed in TB 82b3 displays properly for all items (see picture). I can't say why it happens, but the issue has also been reported here.
