slow loading
I notice while browsing that my pages weren't loading as quick as normal. internet speed seemed fine so i opened task manager which under firefox it showing 5 open, although there is only one screen showing. I took at screen shot

More than one process is normal for the current Firefox. http://www.ghacks.net/2016/07/22/multi-process-firefox/
Multi-process Firefox is codenamed "e10s". https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/multiprocess
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
