Address book doesnt print

I 'm using 85.0 beta Thunderbird. Can print emails but not the address book. Icon for print on print preview does not activate - Standard 'Print' menu item does bring up print dialogue however, no action occurs after confirmation. Have done this many times before, but no result this time round.

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1676166 was fixed in 85 beta a month ago for mailing list. I don't know of any bug reports for the print issue you describe that would exist in the most recent 85.0b3

Problem persists with Thunderbird addresses not printing...are there possibly more advanced solutions other than reinstall?

You could export the address book to a csv file, edit it in a spreadsheet or csv editor to have a more compact layout, then print from that app.
