Hello, When I try to install Thunderbird, the UAC prompts asking for admin permissions. Since I'm working with a company laptop, I have not such user so I click the NO button. But it seems that the installation continues anyway. Then, my question is: why are admin permissions required if installation can continue normaly? Is actually a regular install, or am I missing something? maybe some integration with the SO? I'm running Windows 10. Tried both Thunderbird 32-bit and 64-bit With MSI package, the installation will be canelled after rejecting the UAC, but no info from the installer on what is going on. Thank you for the help/info.
